This position is 40 hours per week, Night Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am. Working every weekend with two additional days off during the week. Rotating two week schedule as follows:
- Week one: Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat
- Week two: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, & Sat
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations.
- Support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit.
- Audit registration and transportation on shifts.
- Accountable for staff on shift.
- Coaching, directing and guiding when required.
- Promoting positive customer service in person and by phone.
- Training of new employees.
Salary and Pay Information:
Salary Range: £21.23 - £28.66 an hour. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

- Education: HS Diploma or GED; A.A.S. Degree preferred; or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2-3 years clerical experience; preferably hospital-based. Supervisory and leadership experience with proven positive communication skills preferred.

Advanced computer skills and the capacity to master additional advanced skills. Deep-rooted commitment to the team approach in all department related activities, excellent communication skills and high level of personal accountability.
