Are you a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner looking for your next exciting role? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a Level 2 (or higher) childcare qualification in the Reading and Basingstoke areas.
The Role: As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the daily care, education, and development of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observing and assessing children\’s development, maintaining accurate records, and identifying next steps.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
