Are you a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner looking for your next exciting role? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a Level 2 (or higher) childcare qualification in the Reading and Basingstoke areas.

The Role: As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the daily care, education, and development of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  2. Observing and assessing children\’s development, maintaining accurate records, and identifying next steps.
  3. Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  4. Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
  5. Contributing to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  6. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe play area.
  7. Acting as a key person for a group of children, supporting their individual needs and progress.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above childcare qualification.
  • Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for working with children.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and early years best practices.

The pay is from £12.75 to £13.94, subject to qualification and experience.
