This varied role involves supporting our events calendar, engaging with current clients, and helping grow memberships. You will be supported in developing your skills by the Projects & Engagements Team Manager and experienced colleagues.
You will be enrolled in a Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3) provided by HIT Training, lasting 8-12 months, which includes online classes, monthly tutor meetings, and portfolio development.
The role is primarily based at our Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames, with a flexible split between office and home working. Having your own transport is advantageous.
This is a fixed-term role for 2 years, with potential extension and progression to a permanent Memberships & Events Administrator position (Grade 4) upon successful apprenticeship completion.
