This is a full-time, fixed term role. Closing date: 23:59 on 18th July 2025.

We are seeking to appoint a Graduation Manager based within the Examinations and Graduation Office. The successful candidate will manage the planning, organisation, promotion and delivery of the University\’s Degree Congregations and any awards that are conferred separately.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience of using a SITS student record system (or similar)
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and high quality output
  • Understanding of current issues and developments in HE, particularly related to the student experience
  • Commitment to collaborative working and the ability to work with colleagues across the institution at all levels, including senior staff
