We are looking for an outstanding individual to provide high quality, professional administrative support to the School of Biological Sciences.
The role is focused on administrative and support tasks with a key focus on providing financial support. The role holder will work within a small, friendly and busy team of Executive Support staff in the School. The role is office-based in the Health and Life Sciences Building on the Whiteknights Campus.
Responsibilities Experience of working in a busy office environment within an administrative support role.
A good understanding/experience of financial systems preferably in a UK Higher Education environment or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet set deadlines.
Excellent IT skills with a range of IT packages and systems (incl. Microsoft Office and Teams).
