Candidate Requirements:
- Recognised research excellence in Commercial and/or Corporate Law, aligned with the level of the post.
- Ability to conduct high-quality research (4* and 3* REF).
- Internationally recognised expertise in the field.
- Emerging global research esteem.
- Excellent teaching skills for UG and PG students in Commercial and/or Corporate Law.
- Capability to teach at least one core LL.B subject.
- Experience supervising PhD students.
- Academic leadership and contribution to university life.
- A well-developed 5-year research plan.
- Willingness to engage actively in the Law School community.
