The University of Reading School of Law invites applications for an outstanding Associate Professor in Commercial and/or Corporate Law . Candidate Requirements:

• Recognised research excellence in Commercial and/or Corporate Law, aligned with the level of the post.
• Ability to conduct high-quality research (4* and 3* REF).
• Internationally recognised expertise in the field.
• Emerging global research esteem.
• Excellent teaching skills for UG and PG students in Commercial and/or Corporate Law.
• Capability to teach at least one core LL.B subject.
• Experience supervising PhD students.
• Academic leadership and contribution to university life.
• A well-developed 5-year research plan.
• Willingness to engage actively in the Law School community.
