This vacancy is for a campus-based role. The University operates a centrally funded Managed Service scheme to standardise purchasing and equipment replacement, supporting high-quality IT service delivery.
Role responsibilities
The Service Delivery Analyst will primarily assist in the preparation and deployment of IT equipment to staff and students across the University and associated processes, ensuring that users feel supported and receive an excellent level of service.
Working as part of the Managed Service Team, the Service Delivery Analyst will also provide 1st level and 2nd level support to customers and users within the faculties and central departments using the ITIL framework. This position is based on-site at the Portsmouth Campus.
