The Recruitment, Marketing and Communications Department offers a complete in-house service to promote the University to its various stakeholders. The Department’s services cover student recruitment and a wide range of marketing communications disciplines, dealing with brand management, internal and external communications, marketing strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, web strategy, press and public relations, alumni and advancement, recruitment, outreach and market research.
Working within the Marketing and Student Recruitment team, the postholder will develop the recruitment campaign marketing strategy for all levels of study - undergraduate, postgraduate taught, Research degrees and CPD - full time, part time and distance learning. Implementing competitive, innovative, multi-channel campaigns, recruitment events and initiatives to support the University's strategic recruitment and awareness objectives. Working with stakeholders across the University and utilising the University’s CRM to manage all campaign activity, including the collection, management and conversion of prospective student leads against target. In addition, the post holder will lead on the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, utilising all available data sources across the prospective student journey, identifying key conversion activities, areas for development and return on investment.
This role requires three days working in the office. Flexible start and end times outside of core hours (10am-4pm).
