Overview: This role is located in the School of Psychology, Sport and Health Sciences within the Faculty of Science and Health.

The Role: You will contribute to the delivery and design of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as part of a teaching team. The School offers programmes in Sport Psychology (e.g., BSc (Hons) Psychology of Sport and Performance; BSc (Hons) Applied Sport Psychology; Professional Doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology) and hosts research degrees (MRes, MPhil, PhD). The School has partner courses with organisations including Premier League, The Professional Footballers Association, Institute of Optimal Nutrition, and International Management and Sports College, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with colleagues as a team member to contribute to the delivery and design of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, responding to students’ needs as part of a teaching team.
  • Participate in teaching, scholarship, research/innovation in line with School and Faculty objectives.
  • Actively seek to enhance the student experience and student employability and enterprise opportunities.
  • Support the school in its marketing, outreach and widening participation activities.
