Are you a Property & Construction Solicitor looking to work on complex, high impact projects in an environment where your expertise genuinely shapes the future? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of major property and construction initiatives, providing trusted legal advice that enables projects to move forward with confidence. Working closely with our Estates & Campus Services team, Procurement, and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you’ll help turn strategic plans into reality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on a broad range of property and construction matters, from development and refurbishment projects to property transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and property contracts, ensuring risks are well managed
- Providing clear, practical advice on risk, compliance and governance
- Protecting the University’s interests across its estate and capital projects while supporting collaborative, solution-focused delivery
