In this role, you’ll be at the heart of major property and construction initiatives, providing trusted legal advice that enables projects to move forward with confidence. Working closely with our Estates & Campus Services team, Procurement, and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you’ll help turn strategic plans into reality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on a broad range of property and construction matters, from development and refurbishment projects to property transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and property contracts, ensuring risks are well managed
  • Providing clear, practical advice on risk, compliance and governance
  • Protecting the University’s interests across its estate and capital projects while supporting collaborative, solution-focused delivery
