The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
To support the implementation of the University’s BIM and CAFM systems by carrying out building surveys, validating data, and applying the new naming and numbering convention across all estate records.
Further additional expectations are:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Competence in using spreadsheets (Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work methodically across a large and varied estate.
- Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues in BIM and Estates teams.
- Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 06 July 2026. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy.
