The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

To work in strategic partnership with senior staff, including Executive Deans, Faculty Executive Teams, and Directors of Services and Departments, to enable high performance through a coaching and facilitative approach. The role will provide senior level HR leadership and expertise to build people capacity and capability, while leading and supporting the delivery of significant organisational change.

Working closely with senior leaders, the post holder will ensure that complex change activity is planned and delivered effectively, with people impacts carefully managed, risks mitigated, and change implemented in a timely, inclusive, and sustainable way, in line with the University’s People Plan.

The working pattern for this post is full time; however, we may consider reduced hours for the right candidate. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role after the first month.

The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 22 May 2026.
