You will work on genomics projects including clinical and environmental microbiology, translational genomics, and paleogenomics, applying data science, visualization, and pipeline development.
Under the guidance of the research leader, you will manage sequencing data from ONT platforms, train users, develop analyses, and contribute to manuscripts.
