The Role:For Residential Services, mainly during term time, it will be the management of the ongoing student feedback surveys and face to face meetings, identifying trends and liaising with Hall Managers to incorporate new ideas and changes where possible. To play a leading role in the collection of information for the tri-annual UUK Code audits. Management of the complaints process to ensure complaints are correctly administered and followed up where required.
For this wide-ranging position, the post holder should have experience of online, social media and customer service activities. Your experience will give you the confidence to work independently and to tight deadlines and budgets, and you should possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. Managing numerous small and large campaigns simultaneously is essential. The successful candidate will also require a flexible attitude to work patterns as the role involves occasional evening and weekend work. The role is based on campus, and you should also thrive on working in a busy office environment and ultimately have a strong ethos in putting customers first.
