Provide comprehensive, efficient administrative support to the STFC-funded Naval Families public engagement project, including maintaining project records and documentation, supporting procurement and order placements, booking travel, arranging events, and sourcing information for all project delivery aspects. The role involves active participation in project team meetings, ensuring smooth coordination at all stages. Additionally, the postholder will support the PI of the award (Jen Gupta), programme manager and ICG by administering project-related activities and ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations.
This is a part‑time role, 18.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns within regular working hours. The appointment is a fixed‑term contract until 01 March 2028, fully funded through the STFC.
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £13,659 – £15,618 per annum (£27,319 – £31,236 for a full‑time equivalent); 18.5 hours per week. Contractual hours: 18.5. Basis: Part‑Time. Fixed Term – Part‑Time.
