Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is a flagship governmental funding scheme and growth forms a central element of the university approach to research and innovation. The University of Portsmouth has strategic ambitions to grow and expand our KTP portfolio. The KTP Team leads activities across the institution, providing expertise and knowledge, supporting academic colleagues and senior leaders to grow the income and graduate employment opportunities and deliver the university Research and Innovation strategy.
The KTP Administrator provides vital administrative support to enable the successful delivery of KTP projects within the university. This includes managing the end-to-end coordination of KTP activities, maintaining accurate project records, supporting communications and stakeholder engagement, organising events, and ensuring compliance with university and funder requirements. The role acts as a key contact point for internal and external partners and stakeholders and also contributes to marketing and promotion of KTP opportunities and supports continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance service delivery.
This role is central to the university’s research and innovation strategy, supporting all KTP related activities across the university
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
