We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to play a key role within the University of Portsmouth's IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students accessing the university's IT facilities and services.
  • Provide friendly, professional and efficient face‑to‑face support.
  • Collaborate with the LIS team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
