Employer Engagement Officer in Portsmouth

This post is responsible for day‑to‑day operational management and professional leadership of the Employer Engagement Team, currently comprising Employer Engagement Advisers, an Events Coordinator, Placement Student and Key Employer Account Manager. The purpose of the role is to oversee and enhance the identification, sourcing and promotion of job opportunities to our students, and to lead the planning and delivery of key employability events. The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative, professional judgement, and analytical insight to research and develop expertise in the graduate labour market and to provide reports to and advise colleagues on changes, trends and developments in early talent attraction. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 21 April 2026.
