The Role: Under the direction of the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, the post-holder will provide administrative support to the Curriculum Management Project while providing an excellent customer and student experience. The post-holder will be responsible for data entry during and review, and for further administrative and project support to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role, with a minimum of 2 days a week on campus. We would also consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 07 October 2026. This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 05 April 2027.

Salary Information: New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe. A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
