We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Specialist (AV) to join our Service Delivery team and play a key role in shaping the future of AV and IT services across the University.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Estates Department to lead AV input into new builds and building refurbishment projects.
- Deliver expert AV knowledge through multiple channels.
- Ensure learning and collaboration spaces are equipped with modern, future‑ready AV technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage and resolve issues using ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Service and Change Management.
- Help define and implement the University's AV strategy and vision.
- Provide training and guidance on key software and AV tools where there is customer demand.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Digital Transformation and Estates Master Plans.
