Recruitment Manager | BA in HR Management

This role will provide direct support to the Senior Global Officer (Recruitment) EU & CIS, in relation to international student recruitment activities. The role will support the aims and objectives of the UoP Global Office whilst actively contributing to continuous improvement throughout the department. Delivering outstanding customer service to students and colleagues around the University, as well as external agents and partner organisations, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role after the initial induction period. During your initial induction period, you will be required to work full time on campus.

This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027. The interviews are anticipated to be held on 12 September 2025.

For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy .
