Overview
To ensure the effective provision of the Enquiries Centre function, facilitating the efficient and effective response to queries from a broad array of customers, including applicants and students. The role entails supporting the delivery of an enquiries service of exceptional quality, centred around continuous enhancement and prioritising stakeholder satisfaction. The post holder will contribute to the timely and efficient provision of services while maintaining standardised processes and practices in accordance with operational needs.
Working arrangements
After 3 months of training, there will be a possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week, depending on business needs. During busy periods, such as Graduation, Clearing and Registration working from home is not permitted.
Interview and contract
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on the week commencing 13 April 2026. This appointment is a fixed-term contract of 6 months.
