The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

This post is responsible for day-to-day operational management and professional leadership of the Employer Engagement Team, currently comprising Employer Engagement Advisers, an Events Coordinator, Placement Student and Key Employer Account Manager. The purpose of the role is to oversee and enhance the identification, sourcing and promotion of job opportunities to our students, and to lead the planning and delivery of key employability events.

The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative, professional judgment, and analytical insight to research and develop an expertise in the graduate labour market and will be expected to provide reports to and advise colleagues on changes, trends and developments in early talent attraction.

The working pattern for this post is flexible, with start and finish times between 08:00 and 10:00 to start and 16:00 - 18:00 to finish, but 7.5 hours per day must be worked and a minimum of 30 minutes for lunch taken. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth three days a week, hybrid working is available for one day per week.
