Overview
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), the Deputy Service Delivery Manager (DSDM) will be responsible for the provision of services and support to internal and external customers. They will manage the day to day operations of their teams ensuring they are able to provide an excellent level of service, delivery of IT projects and resultant customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The DSDM will support their SDM and customers to establish budgets, approvals and operating plans for IT equipment and services, ensuring that they align with the UoP Digital Masterplan. The Deputy SDM will work closely with their customer at all levels to understand their roles, responsibilities and business needs and support them through change.
On-site requirement
This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
