The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As part of the Estates and Campus Services Reactive Maintenance Team, working autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for all University buildings. Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and compliant with University procedures and statutory legislation. To supervise staff/contractors ensuring effective line management for effective and efficient use of resources and budgets for the completion of reactive ad maintenance works.
This role is working on site only with the following hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM – Monday to Thursday
7:30 AM – 3:30 pm – Friday
