The
Role: The Infrastructure Services team plays a key role in provision of services throughout the University.
The team is responsible for all servers, storage, identity management, virtualisation, platforms, databases and Google & M365 services.
The role holder will participate in the day-to-day support of the University systems using standard tools.
The role holder will also participate in project work and to work in cross-team activities within Technology Delivery.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.

Information: New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe.
