The Role: You will play a key role in enabling University staff and students to confidently adopt and use Microsoft 365 as part of the Modern Work Programme (MWP), taking a proactive and user centred approach to identifying support needs, productivity challenges and opportunities to improve ways of working. By providing accessible, high-quality guidance and support and engaging with staff and students to understand how Microsoft 365 is used in practice, you will help reduce barriers to effective use of the platform and promote consistent, secure and efficient ways of working. Through this, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the University’s digital workplace, building trust in Microsoft 365 and supporting the University’s wider digital transformation and modern work objectives.

The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 8 July 2026. This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 01 March 2028. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy. Salary Information: New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe. This ensures fairness, consistency and transparency in our pay structures. A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
