As part of the Estates and Campus Services Maintenance team, you will work autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. You will participate in out of hours call out and late cover rota for electrical issues.

The working pattern for this post is Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:00pm and Friday 08:00am to 15:30pm. This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.

New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe. A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
