The Role: As part of the Estates and Campus Services Maintenance team, you will work autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. You will ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and are compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation. Participation in out of hours call out and late cover rota for electrical issues is required.

The working pattern for this post is 37 hours per week, worked between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am to 3:30 pm - Friday. This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 07 April 2026.
