This is an exciting chance to be part of a high-performing CRM and email marketing team in a progressive and cutting-edge University. Work in a beautiful location, where you can really make a difference in attracting future students and shaping their journey.
About the role
Under the direction of the CRM Manager, the Student Recruitment CRM Assistant is part of a specialist Student Recruitment CRM team forming an important part of the newly shaped Marketing and Communications Directorate. The Directorate is committed to attracting a wide range of applicants from the UK market and this team is crucial for nurturing enquirers and applicants through their university application journey.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to apply their creative eye, curiosity about student culture, and interest in marketing and research to deliver impactful campaigns that inspire the next generation of students.
You will contribute to the delivery and continuous development of effective enquirer and applicant-focused student recruitment campaigns. As a highly motivated individual, you will play an important role in the wider marketing team, giving support for brand and subject level campaigns.
Through an understanding of the student journey, you will support the team to deliver communication plans and CRM journeys and assist with research of the market and our competitors. Combining your marketing, technical and creative skills, you will support the Student Recruitment CRM Manager with the development of our CRM system.
For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
Weโre currently unable to sponsor this role under the Skilled Worker visa route. However, we welcome applicants who already have the right to work in the UK, including those on visa routes we can accept (e.g. Graduate visas).
