The Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Plymouth is entering an exciting phase of transformation. With a new Dean at the helm , we are embracing fresh opportunities, ambitious strategic goals, and innovative ways of working. As our Head of Faculty Operations , you will play a pivotal role in shaping this journey—leading change, driving excellence, and ensuring seamless operational delivery across our diverse and dynamic faculty.
The Role
As part of our Senior Leadership Team , you will work alongside the Executive Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of School, and University-wide stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational excellence . You will lead the Faculty’s professional services , manage resources and change initiatives , and champion innovation and continuous improvement . Your leadership will be instrumental in making our strategic vision a reality —enhancing student experiences, supporting world-class research, and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of science and engineering education.
