You will oversee programme planning, student involvement and partner activity, manage and develop up to five Fellows, and ensure priorities, risks and resources are effectively managed.You will strengthen international partnerships, coordinate TrialWatch convenings and events, and support improvements to programme methodology and tools for access to justice. Alongside this, you will undertake knowledge-to-practice projects, analysing legal, policy and operational evidence to produce briefings and recommendations that inform TrialWatch and OITJ activity.About youYou will hold a law degree and be admitted to practise in at least one jurisdiction, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will have experience building relationships across the human rights field, including with scholars, practitioners, NGOs, funders and partners from the Global South, and be able to represent the Institute credibly in international justice and technology.You will bring strong programme and project management skills, including experience of scaling programmes, negotiating major external partnerships and developing and reporting against key performance indicators.
