The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The post is funded until April 2031 and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital. You will provide high quality administrative and operational support, typically across two to three themes within the TV ARC programme. You will work closely with the theme manager and the theme leads. The post holder will lead everyday administrative functions such as room and travel bookings, enable effective research activity flows, and provide concise, accurate data for reporting and compliance processes. You will also assist with theme communication, overseeing research funding processes (including monitoring and reporting budgets), ensuring adherence to regulations, and escalating operational issues to aid risk-based decision-making.

You will have proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a research or academic setting with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. You will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Experience of working on NIHR infrastructure funding (i.e. BRC, CRF) and understanding of NHS and University financial infrastructures is desirable.

Our work is organised across three thematic areas – Start Well, Live Well, Age Well – along with five cross-cutting themes: digital; health tech and data; community, social, and home care; knowledge mobilisation, implementation, and partnerships; research inclusion and health inequalities; planning and delivering social care.
