Overview
In this role you will lead strategic projects and drive continuous improvement across the Department of Biochemistry. You will shape the department’s CI approach and build capabilities that support academic and research activities. You will manage a diverse portfolio of improvements, collaborating with colleagues across the department and university to deliver impactful service enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to define CI practices in a research setting and contribute to a culture of ongoing efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and support the department’s mission.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across professional services and support teams
- Manage a broad range of CI-driven projects and align them with department objectives
- Develop and roll out CI skills and capability across the department
- Collaborate with colleagues across the university to sustain the CI network
- Drive change through constructive challenge and clear communication
