Investigators working on antifungals will have the opportunity to establish their group in a state-of-the-art building, the Life and Mind Building ( opening in September 2025. Successful individuals will receive a competitive salary for the first five years, and a generous start-up-package to enable them to conduct world class research immediately on arrival.
IOI, part of the Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division, has access to world class expertise and resources in infection biology, organic and medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, biochemistry, biophysics and structural biology, among other disciplines. The successful applicant will also be part of the Oxford University initiative in fungal biology under the auspices of Oxford Global Health.
