Applications are invited for a Personal Assistant to work in the IRIHS (Interdisciplinary Research in Health Sciences) team within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences.
We are seeking a highly organised PA to support our senior researchers with their research projects as well as supporting group activities within the IRIHS team. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including diary management, meeting coordination, financial administration, communication and event support, and liaison with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The postholder will also provide occasional PA cover and ad hoc support as needed.
You will have proven experience supporting a senior member of staff with excellent diary management skills and experience in arranging complex meetings and travel itineraries. A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy are essential, along with outstanding written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle Financials would be an advantage.
During your office days, you will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG. You will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
The position is fixed term for 12-months in the first instance.
