Salary: Grade 8, £49,119 - £58,265 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term (3 years) option to extend
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who brings expertise in both functional and non-functional testing, and who’s ready to take the lead on QA and testing activities, ensuring quality outcomes across our Dynamics 365 CRM system. You will lead QA activities from planning to execution, work independently and collaboratively, and apply a risk-based approach to testing, driving continuous improvement.
About You
- Experience of delivering high-quality QA for CRM Systems.
- Extensive experience leading on product testing activities.
- Thorough understanding of functional and non-functional testing and when best to deploy.
- Ability to lead on product QA and contribute to continuous improvement workstreams.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies, e.g. scrum and Kanban.
- Experience user of QA tools, e.g. Azure DevOps and ALM.
- Ability to lead and contribute to a team environment and build and maintain effective relationships with customers, users and colleagues within the programme team.
