Saïd Business School is looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of world‑class programmes and initiatives while leading high‑impact campaigns that support the School's ambitious commercial and strategic objectives.

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic, integrated marketing campaigns that attract, nurture and convert prospective audiences across a range of business areas. Working closely with the Associate Director and senior stakeholders across the School, you will translate business objectives into creative, data‑driven marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and achieve measurable results. You will also collaborate with fellow Senior Campaign Managers to identify cross‑selling opportunities and deliver joined‑up marketing initiatives that maximise the impact of the School's portfolio. Depending on your area of responsibility, you may also lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers, providing coaching, guidance and strategic oversight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Collaborating with specialist execution and analytics teams to deliver high‑performing campaigns
  • Using market research, audience insights and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and continuously optimising activity to maximise return on investment
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring effective use of marketing resources

You will be an experienced and strategic marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that achieve measurable results. You will also have strong budget and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience creating compelling marketing content across a range of channels, particularly email marketing.
