You'll drive the ongoing development of Microsoft Entra ID and related identity services, ensuring they continue to evolve through an agile, continuous improvement approach. Working across product, service and delivery teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a secure, scalable identity platform that supports the University's world-leading teaching, research and administration. This is a highly collaborative leadership role where you'll bring together multidisciplinary teams, align delivery with the University's Identity roadmap, and manage complex dependencies across programmes and services. You'll champion agile ways of working, coach delivery teams, oversee planning, budgets, risks and resources, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and technical specialists. Your leadership will help embed a modern service delivery model that delivers measurable value while maintaining a strong focus on users, security and continuous improvement. About YouYou'll be an experienced Senior Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager or similar technology delivery professional with a proven track record of leading complex digital products or services in large, multi-stakeholder organisations. You have extensive experience of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and are confident leading multidisciplinary teams through change while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and high-quality delivery. Experience with identity technologies, Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft platforms would be highly advantageous. You are an engaging leader with excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences, you'll be skilled at balancing priorities, managing budgets, mitigating risks and resolving complex delivery challenges. Above all, you'll be someone who enjoys bringing people together, coaching teams to succeed and delivering services that create lasting value for a diverse and globally recognised organisation.
