You will support MEL activities across two major international programmes: the Africa Pandemic Sciences Collaborative and the International Severe Acute Respiratory and emerging Infection Consortium (ISARIC), both working to strengthen global pandemic preparedness and research capacity.

Reporting to the PSI Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, you will support the implementation and tracking of MEL frameworks, workplans and tools. You will also support meetings, workshops and programme reporting, working closely with international collaborators

You will be an organised and collaborative professional with strong data management, communication and coordination skills and an interest in monitoring, evaluation and learning. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your MEL and programme management expertise while contributing to high‑profile international programmes with a focus on equitable pandemic preparedness, research and capacity strengthening.
