About the Role

As an Outreach Officer, you will support our Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach Manager in developing and running outreach activities that promote Computer Science. This will include organising school visits, workshops, and open days, managing and training our team of Student Ambassadors, and providing guidance to prospective applicants. You will also work with external partners and university-wide outreach initiatives to ensure a coordinated approach to widening participation. This is a role that requires creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape the department’s outreach strategy, helping to inspire and support the next generation of computer scientists.
