We are seeking up to three HR Assistants to join our Operations team in the Stephen A Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities. These posts will support HR operational activities across Faculties and the Divisional Office in the Humanities Division, assisting with a range of duties including recruitment, onboarding, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
As a member of a friendly and supportive team, you will be expected to work effectively both independently and collaboratively to provide a high standard of HR support to the Division.
Responsibilities- Support HR operational activities across Faculties and the Divisional Office in the Humanities Division.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Maintain data to the highest levels of accuracy and handle confidential matters calmly and professionally.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support the team as required.
- Previous experience working in a complex organisation.
- Solid administrative skills.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to maintain data accuracy.
