The University of Oxford is seeking a Head of Development - Medical Sciences to lead major gift fundraising for the Medical Sciences Division and build donor relationships to accelerate breakthroughs in health research.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 80 major gift prospects, cultivate gifts up to £10 million, and secure £3–5 million annually in new funds. You will also lead and develop a talented fundraising team in collaboration with senior academics.
