About the Role
As Financial Processes and Systems Trainer, you will play a key role in developing the capability of colleagues across the University by designing, developing and delivering engaging learning that supports the effective use of financial processes and systems. Your work will help colleagues confidently apply approved financial processes and controls, contributing to operational efficiency, compliance and a positive user experience.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Finance Division, you will translate complex financial processes, policies and systems into accessible learning solutions for a wide range of audiences. You will design and deliver training through a variety of methods, develop practical learning resources and support the successful adoption of process improvements, system enhancements and change initiatives across the University.

About You
You will have:
- Experience designing, developing and delivering learning or training interventions within a systems, process, operational or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting or training financial processes, controls or finance-related systems, with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex systems and technical concepts to a range of audiences.
- Excellent written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with experience developing engaging learning materials, guidance or digital content.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across a diverse organisation.
- The ability to analyse feedback, identify learning needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning provision.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
