As EMBA Programme Manager you will play a central role in planning and delivering an outstanding experience for leaders throughout a two‑year programme, both in Oxford and at international locations.
About the team
You will join an innovative, supportive and ambitious EMBA Programme team made up of a Programme Director, Associate Director, Senior Programme Managers, Programme Managers and Programme Coordinators.
Team collaborates with Admissions, Careers, Faculty Services, Examinations, Facilities, Alumni Relations, Business Development and many other departments.

Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver programme experiences, from onboarding to end‑of‑programme ceremonies.
• Create, coordinate events such as international modules, celebrations, dinner events, guest speaker sessions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication to students, faculty and senior staff.
• Innovate and improve the programme experience based on student feedback.
Qualifications
• Successful experience in programme, project or event management, higher education operations, hospitality, luxury travel, conferences, weddings, large scale events or festivals.
• Strong organisational, relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
Salary & Benefits
Grade 6: £35,681 – £41,636 per annum inclusive of the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per annum.
Fixed‑term (one year), full time (37.5 hours per week).
