We are seeking to appoint a Senior Database Manager to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting and providing critical input into high-impact research with the potential to benefit millions globally.
The Jenner Institute Vaccine Trials (JVT) team conduct clinical trials in the UK and overseas.
The clinical trials test the safety and efficacy of new vaccines against major diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis, HIV and COVID-19.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to processes, documentation and systems to better ensure trial participant safety, data integrity and continued regulatory compliance.
You will implement clinical trial data management solution and manage clinical trial data.
Represent the Data Management team at senior meetings and support and manage other data managers, taking overall responsibility for management of JVT trial data systems.
You will write study validation and testing plans, data management plans and other supporting documentation such as e CRF completion guidelines.
This position is offered full time on a fixed term contract until 31 July 2027 and is funded by Biomedical Research Centre.
