Saïd Business School is looking for a talented Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support a diverse portfolio of world‑class programmes and initiatives while helping to achieve the School's ambitious commercial and strategic goals.
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospective audiences and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, recruitment, sales and programme teams, you will transform audience insights into creative campaign strategies and collaborate with specialist execution and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Develop integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that support lead generation and business growth
- Translate market insights, audience research and competitor analysis into effective marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure activity is delivered efficiently and effectively
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to support business planning
Qualifications and experience
You will be a creative and results‑driven marketing professional with experience developing marketing strategies and delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes. You will have strong project and budget management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience producing engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels, particularly email marketing. You must have the right to work in the UK as this position may not attract sufficient points under the points‑based immigration system in the UK.
