We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the University of Oxford as an Apprentice Academic Office Assistant in Kellogg College. The Apprentice Academic Office Assistant is part of Kellogg College's Academic Office, and will help support the University's largest body of graduate students from induction to graduation. The Apprentice Academic Office Assistant will provide helpful administrative support, and help maintain accurate student records.
Apprenticeship Details
As part of this role you will undertake a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship with Abingdon & Witney College, where you will complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be based at Kellogg College, 60‑62 Banbury Road, and you will attend Abingdon & Witney College one day a week for 10 days of formal training. The total duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months, combining on‑site learning with training days at the college, and will be supported by the Department, University and Training Provider throughout. To complete the Level 3 apprenticeship, you will need to evidence passes at 9‑4 or A. You will also need GCSE Maths and English at grade C or higher (or equivalent). Regardless of your prior qualifications, Abingdon & Witney College will require you to complete a short initial assessment during the application process. There are also government residency requirements for apprenticeship funding, which the Training Provider will be able to advise on.
