Responsibilities: The postholder will be responsible for supporting administrative processes relating to the Law National Aptitude Test (LNAT) results, coordinating and delivering events, and enlisting the involvement of academics. They will stay up to date with outreach developments within the HE sector, assist the Admissions & Outreach Officer in dealing with queries from prospective applicants, parents, and schools, especially when the Admissions & Outreach Officer is not available. The postholder will effectively manage budgets for events, answer questions about expenditure, and periodically report to the Finance Manager on progress against budget.
Qualifications: Candidates should have strong event coordination experience, including online events and use of virtual learning platforms. A good understanding of how to communicate with target audiences, a flexible approach to work, an enthusiastic and co-operative attitude, and a willingness to work overtime on some occasions are essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a practical and resourceful approach even under pressure are also required. It would be desirable for candidates to have experience of working within Further Education or Higher Education.
