As the Executive Programmes team at the Blavatnik School of Government continues to grow, it has been restructured into three key pillars: Programme Delivery, Fellowships and Visitors, and Outreach and Engagement. The Outreach and Engagement function is central to driving the School\βs global engagement strategy and expanding its open enrolment executive programmes. This expansion has created an exciting opportunity for an Outreach and Engagement Officer to join the team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building a strong pipeline of applicants, conducting research to identify target audiences, and collaborating with the marketing team on recruitment campaigns. You will thrive on building relationships, presenting to senior leaders globally, and networking with diverse stakeholders. While not necessarily from a traditional recruitment background, you have the initiative and drive to achieve results in the executive education space.
You have an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, with a proven track record in recruitment, engagement or an outreach role, with demonstrable ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholder groups on a global scale at a senior level. You are skilled at building relationships across diverse groups and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality recruitment materials and present to external audiences in person and virtually. You are familiar with using CRM software to track business development activities and have strong cultural awareness. Experience or interest in working with the public sector or senior government officials is a plus. As a proactive self-starter, you work well independently and collaborate effectively with others, using initiative and excellent communication skills.
